Every time I bring up Erica's race, I hear the same thing from some self-professed “experts”…
“Chuck, AD9 has more registered Democrats than Republicans. I don’t think she can win.”
Absolutely not true. And here's why.
Registration tells you who's on the voter rolls. It doesn't tell you who shows up.
And in Nevada midterms, Republicans consistently turn out at higher rates than Democrats – an edge that doesn't show up anywhere in the voter registration numbers these “experts” keep citing.
And Erica has already proved she’s within striking distance.
In 2024, she came within two points of beating sitting Assembly Speaker Steve Yeager, despite the registration disadvantage and despite being outspent almost twenty to one.
Now factor in real Nevada midterm turnout projections – instead of raw registration numbers – and her vote goal is just: 12,876.
That's how many votes we project it will take to win this seat out of over 50,000 registered voters in the district.
And between Republicans and third-party candidates who reliably show up, Erica already has a credible path to nearly 7 out of every 10 of those votes…
Before a single non-partisan voter is considered.
So the path to victory is making sure Republicans who already agree with her actually vote – and making sure non-partisan voters hear the truth about her opponent before they fill out a ballot.
And there's a lot of truth they haven't heard yet!
Many of you have been scratching your heads and wondering why I spent all last week and the first part of this week reaearching and writing that series on Lyin’ Ryan Hampton, her Democrat opponent.
Well, there’s always a method to my seeming madness.
Look, Ryan Hampton is a lying sh*t-weasel (for some reason, I love that term).
But every candidate accuses their opponent of being a liar. So voters no longer buy it at face value – unless you can actually PROVE it.
Well now I have.
And if any voter doubts Lyin’ Ryan sells more whoppers than Burger King, my series has now been converted into one master Special Report.
Anyone wanting proof Hampton and Pinocchio were separated at birth can access and download the PDF by going to: muthstruths.com/truelies.
So do Erica a favor and spread the word on your social media channels.
Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV)
Once non-partisan voters learn the truth about Ryan Hampton, the race changes.
And that's exactly what Part A of Erica's 6-week mail program is designed to do.
She won’t have to mail voters the entire Special Report. She’ll just share with them the highlights and give out the link to skeptical voters if they want verification.
And Part B of her mail program is designed to boost GOP turnout among Republicans who tend to only vote in presidential election years, not the midterms.
And believe me when I tell you, what we’re planning to do is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. It ain’t the standard “Don’t Forget to Vote on Election Day” pablum you’re used to seeing.
The Path to Victory
If Erica can split the non-partisan vote and boost GOP turnout by just two percent, she’ll be going to Carson City next year.
All it takes is money.
The money to fund her mail program – which needs to start in about two weeks.
Now, here's the exciting part.
An anonymous donor who read the full “True Lies” series has reached out to me and wants to help Erica get what she needs.
And they’ve offered to match every dollar given online – up to $5,000, through midnight on Monday – to help fund her mail program.
That means your $25 becomes $50. Your $100 becomes $200. Automatically.
Erica’s mail budget is around $75,000. And she’s already raised around $35,000 of it.
This Labor Day weekend's match is the fastest way to get her closer to the target.
So chip in now and double your impact before the match runs out.
Chuck
P.S. This Labor Day weekend match disappears at midnight Monday, and the mail has to start in two weeks either way. Every dollar given between now and then is worth double.

P.P.S. Some of you, after reading the “True Lies” series, wrote to me along the lines of: “OK, Chuck, we get it. Hampton sucks. But where does Erica stand on the issues?”
Fair question. And the answer is coming soon. And again, it will be unlike anything you’ve ever seen from any other candidate before.
Stay tuned and watch your inbox. I’m telling you… this gal is special!
