“The 17-year-old tagger charged with spray painting graffiti at the Red Rock National Conservation Area was identified Thursday as Daniel Cruz-Rodriguez,” the LVRJ is reporting. “Las Vegas police identified the teen at a press conference Thursday morning.”
What they didn’t do, however, was identify if the kid was an American juvenile delinquent or an illegal alien juvenile delinquent. I guess asking about his citizenship would have been profiling though….and we can’t have that!
