Is it Discrimination only if You’re an Old White Male?

If a voter votes against a candidate, for example Mitt Romney, just because they’re Mormon, is that prejudice and discrimination?

And if so, if a voter votes FOR a candidate just because they’re Mormon, isn’t that prejudice and discrimination, as well. Ditto blacks voting for blacks or Hispanics voting for Hispanics or women voting for women. Or is it only prejudice and discrimination if old, white males vote for old, white males?

Just wondering.
