GAME DAY!

(Chuck Muth) – I still have ONE more vote to get out today…

My son, CJ, who turned 18 in September and resisted registering.  We’ll be doing same-day registration this afternoon and bank one more vote for Trump!

Gut feeling: Trump carries Nevada by a significant margin; maybe even enough to pull Sam Brown over the finish line.  Not so optimistic about the congressional races.  But hope springs eternal.

Races I’ll be watching tonight…

Senate District 11: If Republican Lori Rogich – who’s running neck-and-neck with Dallas Harris – pulls off the upset, no super-majority for D’s even if they pick up Heidi Gansert’s seat in Washoe.

Senate District 6: If Republicans/Trump have anything close to a “wave” election, Republican Jill Douglass could knock out Democrat Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannibizzaro.

That would be sweeter than candy!

Assembly Republicans should easily hold their seats in competitive AD 2 (Kasama) and AD4 (Cole).  That will mean they only have to flip one seat to get out of their super-minority.

Republicans should pick up AD35 (Edgeworth) and AD37 (Brog).  And they have a surprisingly good chance to flip AD12 (Roecker).

On the bubble: AD21 (Arndt) and AD41 (Arroyo).  These would be huge.  Arndt would take out the Chair of Commerce and Labor and Arroyo would take out the Assembly Majority Leader.

Also on the bubble: AD9 (Neely).  If Neely gets just a little help from non-partisans, she’ll send Assembly Speaker Steve Yeager packing – especially after both the Culinary Union and the Latin Chamber of Commerce refused to endorse him.

That would send shockwaves throughout Liberal-Land, Nevada.

Other seats in play if NP’s break the GOP’s way: AD5 (Quinn), AD8 (Chapman), AD25 (Sande), AD29 (Dawson-Owens), and AD34 (Davis).

I know it’s a longshot, but not impossible for Republicans to end up in the MAJORITY in the State Assembly once all the smoke clears.

I *almost* hope it doesn’t happen because the “Lord of the Flies Caucus” isn’t ready to lead.

Too many of them were afraid to stick their necks out for their own candidates the way Gov. Lombardo did.  Heck, the caucus itself didn’t even endorse the winners of GOP primaries in competitive seats until September!

And the internal divisions within the caucus over who the “leader” will be for the next session is a messy, messy problem that no one in the media is covering.  Maybe that’s a good thing.

But first things first.  GET OUT AND VOTE!

FAMOUS LAST WORDS

“Let folks cast their votes for Trump if that’s their choice. But mark my words, we won’t be certifying the election. He might win, but we’ll ensure he doesn’t step foot in the Oval Office.” – Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD)

“If the Dems win this election, they will legalize enough illegals to turn the swing states and everywhere will be like California. There will be no escape. This is it. This is the last chance. Go out and vote. Vote like your life depends on it. Vote like your future. depends on it, because it does.” – Elon Musk

“If it wasn’t for (Elon Musk) we’d be f*cked.  He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump.” – Joe Rogan

“Elon Musk voted for Obama twice. Joe Rogan voted for Bernie 2020. Tulsi was in charge of the DNC. RFK Jr. is a lifelong Democrat. They are all backing Trump.” – @endwokeness

“Democrats really traded Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr and Bill Ackman for Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger lmfao.” – Greg Price

“For every second you get stuck in line or face an issue at the polls, remember there is one man who wasn’t able to vote this year. A Pennsylvanian. His name was Corey Comperatore. Do it for Corey.” – Jack Posobiec
