1.) His full name is Rafael Edward (Ted) Cruz. His father was from Cuba; his mother from Delaware.

He was born “at a government-funded hospital” in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on December 22, 1970. Ironically, Cruz’s #1 priority as president would be to repeal the U.S. government-run health care plan known as ObamaCare.
