Born July 12, 1937, William Henry “Bill” Cosby, Jr. has been entertaining audiences, young and old alike, for over half a decade as a comedian, Hollywood actor, television star and author.

He was awarded his Hollywood Walk of Fame star on November 23, 1977.

But the performer’s shooting star went super-nova, imploding last year as accusations of sexual assault from over 50 different women resulted in Cosby’s arrest on December 30, 2015.
