Code Red: Lunatic on the Loose!

(Chuck Muth) – The “Fredo” of Nevada conservative politics, Mindy Robinson, is – and I think this is a medical term – cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.  The elevator is definitely not reaching the top floors.  She’s totally deranged. And a total embarrassment.

In the latest political theater episode of “The Mindy Show,” the obnoxious loudmouth crashed an event for Rep. Susie Lee (D-NV) – who, by the way, Mindy is running against as an “independent,” not as a Republican – by passing herself off as a “journalist.”

When she confronted Lee while recording the staged ambush, Lee recognized her as a political gadfly and not a reporter.  You know, like Rob Lauer.

Lee’s staffer then told Mindy to make an appointment if she wanted to speak with the congresswoman.  At which point, Mindy went off the rails.  Totally bonkers.  Mental meltdown.

She started screaming questions within feet of Lee as Lee attempted to talk to others at the event.  She continued to screech even as staffers moved to position themselves between Lee and the Cuckoo’s Nest escapee.

The video cuts off after a minute or so of the hissy fit.

Mindy then took her tantrum outside as Lee was leaving.  Not sure if she was ushered out of the event after her unhinged belligerence inside, but am guessing that was probably the case.

As Lee hopped into the passenger side of her car to leave, Mindy jumped in front to block its exit while continuing to scream at Lee on camera.

When a staffer tried to get her to move out of the way, Mindy snapped at him, “You’re a f*ucking piece of sh*t, dude.”

She then moved to the passenger side of the car where Lee was sitting, gave her the finger and shouted, “Have a great day, f*cking b*tch!”

This is how ANTIFA acts.  This is how the BLM acts.  This is how Maxine Waters, AOC and The Squad act.

And it’s neither appropriate nor acceptable for our side to act in the same way, even if you’re a cute, little blond B-list actress with delusions of grandeur.

Now…I know some of you support this lunatic and her deranged, self-serving political theater.  But don’t even try to defend this kind of behavior to me.  As Jack Nicholson said in As Good as It Gets, “Go sell crazy somewhere else; we’re all stocked up here.”

And for the record, I’m no Susie Lee supporter.  I’m supporting Republican April Becker, who’s gonna mop the floor with Lee a year from now.

Oh, and by the way, I heard Mindy recently purchased an AM radio so she could listen to political talk shows.

It took her two weeks to figure out she could play it at night.

More on the Mail-In “Opt Out” Option

Following up on my item in the last Muth’s Truths about people getting their voter registration changed at the DMV without them knowing it, Rob in Summerlin wrote…

“Chuck, love your newsletter.  Indeed, my voter registration was switched from Republican to ‘Other’ when I renewed my license last spring.  I just switched it back.  Thanks for the heads up!”

I spoke with the Secretary of State’s office and, yes, they’re aware that this DID happen earlier this year.  They’ve since taken steps with the DMV to keep it from happening; however, like Rob, you may have had your registration changed before the fix was implemented.

To verify your status – and remember, ONLY Republicans can vote in next year’s GOP primary, so don’t take any chances – just go to www.nvsos.gov/votersearch.

* If you’re a business in Nevada, you have to pay all manner of business taxes, including Sales and Use Taxes and the Modified Business Tax.  But as of November 8, 2021, guess where you’re instructed to mail your NEVADA business taxes?

A PO box in CALIFORNIA.

Why is the NEVADA Department of Taxation outsourcing the collection of NEVADA taxes to the Land of Fruits & Nuts?  Why is the NEVADA tax man creating jobs for CALIFORNIANS?  Inquiring minds wanna know.

* Clarification:  In the last Muth’s Truths I noted that Lyon County Commissioner Ken Gray spearheaded an effort to name the Lyon County courthouse after President Donald Trump.

Actually, Commissioner Gray spearheaded an initial effort to change a street name after 45, but that met opposition.  Far harder to rename something than to name something that’s unnamed.

Anyway, it was fellow Commissioner Vida Keller who then suggested naming the unnamed courthouse after the President.  So proper credit should go to both MAGA commissioners – who both intend to run of the Nevada State Assembly in different districts next year.
