The city of Camden, NJ, this week laid off nearly half of its police force and close to a third of its firefighters because their greedy unions refused to accept job-saving wage concessions. “Instead of protecting and serving the city,” Mayor Dana Redd said, “they’re choosing their high salaries.”
Sounds like the cops and firefighters unions here in southern Nevada, doesn’t it? How many firefighters here make over $200,000 a year again?
