ACTION ALERT: Support SB405 in Support of Election Integrity

(Marcos Lopez) – Gov. Joe Lombardo earlier this week introduced a bill to strengthen Nevada’s voting process.

SB 405 would enact several important changes, including:

  • Repealing universal mail-in voting;
  • Requiring residents to produce IDs when casting ballots; and
  • Establishing earlier deadlines for mail ballots.

SB 405 will help restore faith and timeliness in Nevada’s election system, and enable every Nevadan to have confidence that our voting process is free and fair.

We need your help. Tell your lawmaker that you support Senate Bill 405, and that you want an election process in which it is easy to vote and hard to cheat.
